This page explains what personal data mauridelarosa.com collects, what it is used for and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

What data we collect
Only what you enter in the forms on this website:
- Name and email address.
- WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it (optional).
- What you write in your message. In the companies form, also your company name, role and team size.
Two technical details are sent with the form: the page you send it from and where your visit came from (for example, Instagram or a direct visit). They help me understand which channels work.
Please don’t include medical information or other sensitive data in the forms.
What we use your data for, and on what legal basis
We use your data to reply to your request and, if you wish, to arrange the exploratory conversation or prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give by sending the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your data is not used for advertising and is not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
If we don’t start working together after the first contact, we keep your data for a maximum of 12 months and then delete it. If we do work together, it is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for any period required by law.
Who else is involved
These technical providers are needed for the website and forms to work, and only process data to provide their service:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives the form and forwards it by email. It is based outside the European Economic Area, so sending the form may involve an international data transfer.
- Google Workspace, where email is received and managed.
- Google Calendar, if you book the exploratory conversation through the calendar: the details you enter there are processed by Google under its own terms.
- Hostinger, the website’s hosting provider.
If you’d rather your data didn’t go through these services, you can write directly to flow@mauridelarosa.com.
Cookies and storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from this website’s own server, with no third-party connections.
During your visit, your browser’s session storage keeps a note of where the visit came from, so it can be attached to the form if you send it. It doesn’t identify you and is deleted when you close the tab.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability, by writing to flow@mauridelarosa.com. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
