For over 15 years I have walked alongside people seeking to reconnect with their body and their health, through education, movement, and somatic coaching. I have accompanied very different people, of all ages, and the truth is that each one keeps teaching me to listen a little better and to take nothing for granted.
I have also gone through moments when I felt that something in me was not quite right. It is not something fully left in the past: I am still a work in progress, and I believe that is exactly why I can support you without judgment and stand by you with honesty and care when something weighs on you.
I do not work from a place of having all the answers; we build it together. We come to understand where you are and where you come from, we explore at your pace, and little by little we find tools to inhabit your present with more coherence. This is not clinical therapy, psychology, or traditional coaching: it is a somatic process — close and human — where the body is the path.

It does not replace clinical or psychological therapy; if at any point I sense you need clinical support, I will tell you honestly.
We always work in processes: programs with a beginning, a journey, and an end — individual and confidential, online or in person. This way each meeting builds on the last, and between sessions you have support and resources designed for you.
